What Timezone Matcher does
Timezone Matcher is a free timezone scheduler for remote teams. Add the cities of everyone in the meeting and the grid lays each person's day out in their own local time, hour by hour. The rows where every participant is inside their working day are shaded, so the best slot is visible at a glance instead of being worked out on a napkin. Click a cell and you get a calendar invite with the correct local time for each attendee — no signup, no account, no data leaving your browser.
How to find a meeting time across time zones
- Search a city (or pick one of the quick chips above) for every participant. Cities sharing a zone — Paris and Berlin, Toronto and New York — can be merged into one row.
- Read the grid left to right. Green cells are working hours (9–17), amber are early morning or evening, dark cells are night. A column that is green all the way down is a slot nobody will resent.
- Click the column. The invite opens with the time already converted for each city; the Event Card page gives you a shareable image of the same slot.
- Toggle 12 h / 24 h and light / dark from the header; your city list is remembered on this device.

Why the data can be trusted
Every conversion comes from the IANA time-zone database — the reference used by Linux, macOS, Android and most servers — so daylight-saving changes are applied automatically, including the awkward weeks each spring and autumn when the US and Europe are out of step.
